With all the upmost respect to everyone, but seeing Tyler Grey just siting at the table, listening to everyone, gathering information about everything and the few times he laughs are cool but, most of the times he just stays frost as ice and concentrated on the next subject. Just an incredible, skilled and trained human being man. Amazing content as always
Gotta be one of my most favorite episodes to date. Nic and Eli doing their level best to turn HLC to the Civ-Side and the joining in from Tyler is golden. The gravitas that Tyler speaks with though..I was just floored and found myself leaning in to listen. I could instantly tell he's seen some shit, and then when he explains his background I'm like...oh yeah. I have been fortunate to have been able to meet some guys that were very similar in career path, and it's kinda fascinating that they've all been very quiet/softer spoken, chill guys. Given the timing of meeting them though, they very well could have been part of the same unit, as it was '03 when I got to talk to them. Eli, Nic, and HLC don't disappoint as usual, and bravo for getting Nic to go on a SEVERAL minute rage rant; maybe make that an ongoing goal?
My dad's cousin helped restore a plane that helped in the Berlin Airlift. It's called "the spirit of freedom" it's now a museum inside and it absolutely flies
I can't help but to admire how much Nick admires the work put in by the people that come on the show. It's great to see the pride in this nation for real. Yall are dope. Much love.
I hope nick can clarify this for me since he's an electrician. It sounds like the air defense rockets they were talking about in the beginning, work just like air bags, which is why they check for stray voltage. Any time, as a mechanic, you have to completely drain all the voltage from the circuits or you could in fact set the airbag off when messing with the connectors
This is exactly what momma needed today. 😊 Keep it up guys. Share those stories. It's so comforting to those of us that grew up around vets doing this.

I’ll say this as long as UnSub is a podcast, HLC and TFE are destined to be perma hosts. They got the dynamic so well and when they’re together it’s some of the best listening/watching 🤝🏼
I love hearing vet stories. When I was at Speicher, Iraq in 2007 with the Air Force, we had a secret swimming pool. Quite a few times we had senior Army leadership looking for our pool, but they never found it. And it was a legit pool, none of this plastic kiddie pool BS.

Tyler saying, "It's so weird that our government gave people options", @1:10:00, was absolute perfect comedic timing!
With all the upmost respect to everyone, but seeing Tyler Grey just siting at the table, listening to everyone, gathering information about everything and the few times he laughs are cool but, most of the times he just stays frost as ice and concentrated on the next subject.
When talking about the Himars missiles he was just closed and gathering knowledge,
How the F, a tier 1 operator is a trained killing machine, SOO cultural knowledge rich and at the same time soo icy and still SOO alert on everything going around him.
Just an incredible, skilled and trained human being man.
Amazing content as always
Nic and Habitual Linecrosser on the same episode? It's a Christmas Miracle! Also, thank God Nic had a quick recovery
Our prayers have been answered!
It's called "the spirit of freedom" it's now a museum inside and it absolutely flies
served with habitual linecrosser in sill was one of the greatest ncos i had come across and makes me feel good seeing him make it this far!
Feel like this might be one of my favorite episodes
TFE and HLC is pure gold 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲💯💯💯💯
My dad served on the Kitty Hawk! Nice to hear about that old boat again
I'm so glad Nick made it back from his secret mission to inject the F-22 with Bullshark Testosterone. He is truly a living legend
I can't help but to admire how much Nick admires the work put in by the people that come on the show. It's great to see the pride in this nation for real. Yall are dope. Much love.
Sadly people have used our pride to hide some of the most horrific atrocities
I hope nick can clarify this for me since he's an electrician. It sounds like the air defense rockets they were talking about in the beginning, work just like air bags, which is why they check for stray voltage. Any time, as a mechanic, you have to completely drain all the voltage from the circuits or you could in fact set the airbag off when messing with the connectors
This is exactly what momma needed today. 😊 Keep it up guys. Share those stories. It's so comforting to those of us that grew up around vets doing this.
LMAOOOOOOOOOOO Tyler "no no no how do *I* deal with it" with that knuckle dragger voice had me dead 🤣🤣🤣
I was 22 in 92....holy shit. Thanks for everything, guys!
Nicks rant may be the best thing I’ve ever seen. I thought eli was going to pass out
Thank god Nick recovered, we were all worried.
What hapenned?!?!?!
Ditto What happened?
😂 I love the fact that TFE is a regular host now! Everyone on this episode was amazing! 😮 The 💩 you learn about just by listening to military dudes is phenomenal! 😊 Love from Oklahoma! 😅
1:19:00 the easiest way to find the most efficient way to complete a task is to tell the laziest guy he can go home once its complete
Habitual Linecrosser's one liners and quick quips are absolutely incredible
Tyler, please do what you can to help encourage movies about the stories Nick tells! Please help turn around this pattern of Hollywood remaking so many movies while there are still these amazing stories to tell.
I wanna be very clear... I'm prior Coast Guard. Operational for 3 full years. You boys speak to my soul, so I can imagine how many other boys y'all speak to. LET'S GOOOOOO
Would love to actually be on the show (so we can talk all the shit on Coast Guard)
A lot of ppl included me give them shit lmfaooo because coast guard 😂 but if I’m ever stranded at sea I don’t want anyone else than them to carry it out …..
As a Scotsman, thanks for the compliment regarding our swearing we love to just make up words for everything and have some words tht can be used for multiple different uses
Aaaahahahahah as a scottish dude hearing you guys saying clunge was absolutely brilliant😂😂😂😂😂😂
The current USAF cargo loading vehicle is called the 60k “Tunner” named after General Tunner. And it’s fun as hell to drive.
Agreed y’all. Ghengis Khan and Napoleon were amazing military leaders and tacticians.
I love that you guys are terrible great friends. The way you look out for each other and lift each other up to new heights is so dame motivating. Thank you.
Tyler Grey was awesome hope he comes on again
As an recently retired Navy guy who worked on the OG Aegis system and the most recent BMD version, while also being a unmanned systems/automation engineer, I love how everyone recognized how insane that system is. Rarely do you hear about it beyond the name and it being a radar. I live in the San Antonio area and get a kick out of seeing conversations include the Navy, when normally it is always Army or USAF.
First 20 seconds intro ends with Nick raging 😂 I'm hooked!
“This time my egg rolls are gonna taste better”
Haha, Nick held that in for a bit..
🍻
Tyler Grey “got blown up in Iraq”
Eli ”damn skippy”
You guys are great ! You remind me of my old Army mechanic brother in law with his stories ! He passed a few years ago and listening to you returns me to those memories of him telling the stories . 1 thing that I find funny is you all tell them with the same type of storytelling style and its great
Sweet get having Tyler Grey on here! Really enjoyed his episode of the Shawn Ryan Show
Tyler is like the wise old uncle. Not by blood but like dad's lifelong friend. Thanks Uncy TyTy
Unaliving the enemy is always fun, the chairforce just doesn't have to get personal about it, so it feels more like a game to them.
I want an animated series with tyler doing the explosions. Hlc can voice the planes.
I was in Balad and Fallujia during that time and I’m still sitting here cross legged and captivated by his story. Good times
Nic's rants on the world's best diet are phenomenal.
TFE is so popular within the reaction community its truly incredible how many people view him even outside of his space dude has Vtubers watching and reacting to and spreading crazy american history is really helping grow his channel as well a great story tell with the effect of having others wanna share his stories
That opening is chaos and I wouldn't have it any other way
