Kayaking Lower Clear Creek @ 270 cfs

Getting on Lower Clear Creek with friends for the first time in 2022 was a thrill! The run was a little boney in sections, and you always have to be diligent for those pointy road blast rocks lurking just below the surface waiting for you. Elbow Falls never disappoints me, with the every elusive boof stroke on this drop. I can never nail the timing, as you see in this video. A good low brace is worth its weight in gold for a clean run.
