I never understood how one can successfully charge an estimate fee. My experience says that no one would pay for just an estimate and I'd feel very uncomfortable to even ask unless it is far away. 4 hours x 145 = $580. 4 1/2 hours then gets rounded up to 1160?! So working 30 minutes longer costs the customer double the price? That's untenable in my opinion.
Keep up the good work Allen and Jason! Look forward to these podcasts every month!
Good episode, different buisiness strategy but very interesting
