SORCERY! I remember the first time I saw this done at this level. It was DRC, running down Quintara to catch up with a crew that dropped in a few seconds before him.. He got a full run going, down hill, dropped the FB and magically appeared on top of it at a solid pace, perfectly balanced and on his way to catching up with the riders in front of him. I just stood there with the WHHHHAAAA! face on. DRC, a straight ninja in the game. Betta-ax-sumbody!

You could also put your foot straight and not put it directly into the socket.
