    My friend's boyfriend's mom has given over $40,000 to "John Travolta". Mr. Travolta was flying into town to visit her for Thanksgiving but his plane was stranded in another city so he couldn't make it. Unfortunately, he was stuck and didn't have his wallet so he needed her to send him more money, which of course she did. This woman is educated and is an accountant for a HUGE company. She clearly has issues and these catfishers seem to have no issues finding them.

    As someone who has found loved ones dead twice ( not from natural causes) i can tell you imo that dad 100000% was acting. I know everyone reacts differently, but i know i ( and at least 20 others from my support group for this trauma) found bodies and started unconciously screaming. If it was obvious they were dead, most of us ran out immediately. A large amount of us threw up as well, about 10% fainted or were dizzy and all of us were sobbing. Not crying.. full on ugly cry sobbing with snot and hyperventilating etc. He was acting. He knew where his son was and in what condition.

    2:46 As a forensic social worker, I feel 2nd hand embarrassment whenever a content creator claims they're still team polygraph. People with PTSD, ADHD, people on a wide variety of meds, people with heart issues, all extremely likely to FAIL that unscientific scam you call a polygraph. I guarantee if these fake experts were accused of homicide, they'd use the defense that they're unscientific to avoid taking one.

      @KnitzyKitzy 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +13

      Agreed, plenty innocent people can fail for a variety of reasons. Conversely guilty people can pass. They tested serial killers who later were proved guilty without doubt from the DNA, evidence and eventually confessed but they could pass a polygraph because they didn’t have the same emotional reactions that the average person does and don’t feel guilt or stress talking about the horrible things they did.

    • @plumberofamerica

      @@KnitzyKitzy you're correct! psychopaths tend to be very different in physiology and are the most likely people to cheat a polygraph and get away with it. this is why I lack respect for so many in law enforcement. I have personally contacted police departments all over the country and offered to train them for free so they can learn scientifically supported strategies for interrogation. Unfortunately, law enforcement hates mental health professionals even more than Black people. I say this as a very real victim of cops in many ways, including a cop trying to kill me who is in my own family. my mother is a psychopath and she got out of shit with the cops all the time because she is white and high IQ. a soccer mom psychopath with a high IQ can get away with pretty much anything if the cops are involved.

How is a freaking machine supposed to know the difference between my fear of not being believed when I’m telling the truth and my fear of getting caught lying?? It’s a freaking machine! I watched news stories of people catching nannies and childcare people abusing their babies, and I decided to stay home with mine after that. That crazy woman took a shower!? Normal people watch their children get on the bus and then they go about their day!! They make sure that their children are safe on the bus before they do anything! At 5 years old you watch your kids, you make sure they safely get on the bus. They will be judged when they die

    Some great cases here. The catfishing one is a wild ride! Surely she could be charged with conspiracy to commit murder? Her comments about putting him to rest (in peace) and about collecting the life insurance are evidence of that, and not in the context of a joke. Her life has been turned upside down because she thought an well known actor wanted to be with her. Why? I’m a decade younger and know that idea is preposterous. And wouldn’t a jobbing actor have some money behind him? It’s a complete lack of critical thinking on her part. She may be mentally ill, and perhaps she needs to be receiving care in a secure hospital instead of a prison, but she had the wherewithal to make a soup, one portion only for him, and he became very ill. Now she has lost those who were closest to her. Her husband would be wise to never trust her again.

    An altercation...with a five yr old!!!???? Wth ...i am wondering if they were making cam, child abuse material and it went to far. Sounds like the horror stories ive heard of survivors who were forced to take part in snuff films. Absolutely horrific. Gods judgement cannot be escaped..his wrath will come for those who do evil like this.

    It’s actually not uncommon for in 1989 for families to be searching for the family members missing. The entire neighborhood & families would help in the searches, young kids of scout ages 13 & above, were also on searches. This all changed in the late 90’s when they began keeping the families in a completely different area &’not allowing them to search or help look for their children. If every one remembers the West boys case, where the adoptive parents were criticized for not being out searching, when in fact, they were held in the house, separate rooms & interrogated the entire time.
    Now they will have to prove it was them that did the murder. I don’t know if the couple is still together, and if one turned on the other, if not, then they have a long way too go. We just watched Teresa Black get away with leaving her dead son in the woods years ago.

      @@snicole042No. It's to stop contamination of the body & crimescene. As in Jon Benets Dad picked her up, carried her stiff dead body upstairs & put a blanket over her: so, contaminating the scene, her clothes etc with his shoes ( dirt etc) , DNA & fibres from the blanket.
