Just a few words in such vids on responsible tourism wld go a long way in creating awareness among people on what not to do when visiting a place & towards keeping places clean, less noisy & worth visiting for others n for a long time
Sad your Jammu series has come to an end...It is far more beyond than this...Hope you will again visit Jammu's more new places...Stay safe Karl...Big thanks for making people aware about hidden beauty of Jammu...God Bless You..
This series is one of the best I've come across regarding jammu. Thank you very much for exploring jammu and letting the world kmow about this beauty. Looking forward to see you again in jammu.
This place holds a special spot in my heart-it's my hometown, and I reside just around 10 kilometers away. Thank you for capturing the beauty of this picturesque location so wonderfully!
Love your work bro. - thanks so much. You helped me find a good hindi school in Doon sometime ago and your vlogs have been a great resource for travel- your the new lonely planet guide. 😀🙏 cheers from a kiwi.

12:00 I've been to Matheran in Maharashtra. A small hill station for sure, but was still fun and had some great views of the western ghats and also lots of monkeys :) which were fun for me to see
Jammu is even more beautiful in winters. Bhadherwa and patnitop in winters are covered with snow and its literally heaven on earth. You will love it in winters. Snow waterfall lakes in every few kms
Great video, Thanks man...I spent a week or so in Shimla a while back and Loved it !! There's many interesting sights to see there and the air is beautiful. But boy it was cold at night !! A great break from India's busy cities - saying that I went on to Amritsar from there...What an Amazing city that is !! Jammu looks awesome and will hopefully visit some time...
Woah! Karl! You're back to Jammu again! Makes me wonder if jammu has longed for you or not, cause this time, its becoming crazyy. First Bhaderwah, now patnitop, you're enjoying the most of it! Really happy to see you again! Lots of love! 💓

I don't have to visit hills, well I am from hills . I have seen Chamba, Dharamshala, Mcleodganj, Dalhousie, Palampur, Kangra and Shimla in Himachal Pradesh , Srinagar,Kotdwara, Lansdown,Dehradun, Mussorie, Nainital, Kausani, Almora, Ranikhet, Pauri and Kedarnath in Uttarakhand and many more.
@@KarlRock Saach paas and Jammu are still in my list they need to be seen, I will suggest you to visit Bhadarwaan region in Jammu and Niti valley in uttarakhand these places are at different level and not crowded as well
I've been to Almora and points north, Bageswar and then up to Munsyari. Beautiful. Budda Kedar and all along the Bagriathi on the far side away from the pilgrim highway is often unbelievably scenic and peaceful, very few tourists of any kind.there.
Karl - you briefly mentioned safety concern with eating food from the stalls found alongside the mountain roads. What exactly are the issues with eating the food (for example you said bacteria). Is the food unrefrigerated?
5:15 First time I went to india I avoided even cooked/fried stuff on side of street, but in my subsequent visists I just said screw it and would get chai and fried stuff from all sorts of stalls. Including the 'jankiest' stalls where someoen just has burner and some pot on side of road and no real stand as such and I was totally fine; never got sick.
Bhang Lassi, Karl Rock and the first Htown frost of the year! I'm killing it Cuz! Cheese Rolls and soup after the rugby on a winter Saturday in Invers dude! I Bet they taste the same! Be schrooms soon cuzzie, always a couch in the Tron dude....
You should also visit the place before patanitop know as katra its surrounding got a good amount of small trek you could got not good as kashmir but a good experience known as devi Pindi.
Hey Karl, could you maybe explain what exactly a hill station is? Would you say it’s equivalent to a little town or something? Is it basically the same thing as a little village on a mountain side? Thx man.
I really should've done that in this video. Basically a town in the hills. Some are big, some are small. But all are beautiful and have good weather in summer months. There's many in India. But there's 10 or so which are set up for tourism, Patnitop is one of them.
next series update or hint? :D please visit pathankot again.... there are lots of places you can visit near pathankot approx 80km distance like mcleodganj, dharamshala, dalhousie, jot, khajiar, masroor temple, pong dam lake etc
