I've tried doing no makeup looks so many times, but I'm such a glam girl that I somehow always wind up wearing glitter/shimmer, LOL! So I'm saving this video to my favorites playlist to watch while doing makeup on those days I try for a no makeup look, becuase I NEED this tips to keep me in line and stay my hand. (Oh! Is that a new glitter palette over there??? LOL!)
Foundation videos are how I found you & they are the most helpful! Since new foundations & re-formulations are constantly released, I most appreciate updated foundation reviews for mature skin. My skin changes as I age, but also my skin is different at different times of the month and during different seasons of the year. Please please continue foundation reviews!!!
Oh, I'm definitely continuing the regular reviews. It's the TOP foundations videos I'm unsure about. The views on those haven't been stellar, which is telling me you guys may not really care about which ones I think are the best of the best in certain categories and may just be interested in general reviews :)
Thanks for sharing these techniques to get a beautiful, natural look. I haven't tried the brand after I saw another creator do a sponsorship then a year or months later decluttering some of their products.

I love your videos and the format you use. I stopped looking for a foundation ever since I found the new one from ELF. I’m retired so I rarely wear a lot of makeup anymore. This one works whether I’m just dabbing on a little to run errands or applying a full face for date night.

I find they get in the way when I film straight down and look longer than they are on camera for some reason?? It's weird. So I'm doing a curtain bang situation right now.

I always see comments like this in no makeup videos and get them on my own. It's great that you feel confident doing that. But many of us don't. I still look like I rolled out of bed and really tired when I do that. I don't like getting asked if I'm sick or tired all the time. You're lucky that's all you can do. Some of us do more and that's fine too.
This is a full makeup routine. Maybe a different name?
No - this is, in fact, a no makeup makeup look. There's always confusion when it comes to no makeup makeup. No matter who does it (even Lisa Eldridge) always gets comments like this. It's harder to achieve TRUE skinlike, naked-face looking makeup than you think and often involves greater technique because you're trying to fool people that you naturally look better than you do. Sure you can actually wear next-to-none, but that still leaves many of us looking tired and drab. To look more awake and vibrant, it takes more steps and blending than when you go out with a full beat on. I hope that helps.

I got so many foundation samples at Sephora yesterday I really hope at least one of them works for me! I’ve found everything except the perfect foundation it’s so impossible to find a satin finish that’s mature friendly 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 oh I so wanted to try the Guerlain but they didn’t have it
