the songs get more and more steve reich-ish as the album unfolds. i've always thought a lot of his ideas could be worked into more approachable pieces. i hope you had as much fun writing and recording this as i had listening to it.
Hello Momasu. As I was listening to this another, random video about Richard Branson asking for money for his airline, started playing. I just assumed it was integrated into the song, towards the end where the lyrics stop, and it worked really well. Find a sound bite that brings home the enormity of all this?! The smallness of it too, how it makes us self-police to the point of extinction (the people who dare not burden the NHS and die in bed alone). xxx
Loving these John Berryman clips through the track.
Momus thank you for this
So nice to see you, Momus!
It has been decades since we had a beer in Cleveland, Ohio.
What a shame!
Momus...this is your finest hour.
Medieval Phillip Glass~! I'm just a dumb hillbilly living in Manhattan though. Fucking love it.

More Nyman-esque I'd say.

Okay I have something to live for - the completion of this record
Amazing work, looking so forward to the new record.
Are you changing the new album name from Vivid to Covid?
