Looks like a good tent for the price. I think you are right about the colour though, a nice dark forest green would have been nicer.

Excellent tent. I paid about £50 for one from Millets about 10 years ago, a green one and it more than did the job.

For £8.00, if you insist that it is green, I'll see green 😁.
If need be, some seam sealer and to be absolutely sure, a tarp overhead should keep most of the weather out.
To add, an additional tarp can give one a nice 'veranda' for lounging and cooking under.
