For those who are new to this fascinating realm or simply curious about expanding their LEGO horizons, let's delve into what LEGO Modular is, its essence, and how you can craft your own modular buildings to populate your miniature town.
What is LEGO Modular?
LEGO Modular is a subculture within the LEGO community that revolves around the creation of modular buildings. These structures, often meticulously detailed and designed, resemble real-life urban architecture, spanning from quaint corner cafes to towering skyscrapers. The hallmark of LEGO Modular lies in its modular nature-each building can be detached, rearranged, and combined with others to form a cohesive cityscape.
LEGO Modular sets typically feature multiple levels, intricate interior details, and a high level of customization, allowing builders to infuse their personality and style into every brick. From ornate facades adorned with intricate details to cozy interiors bustling with activity, LEGO Modular buildings encapsulate the essence of urban life in miniature form.

Envision the atmosphere and aesthetic of your LEGO town. Are you aiming for a bustling city center with towering skyscrapers, or perhaps a quaint suburban neighborhood with charming storefronts? Let your imagination guide you as you conceptualize your miniature world.
2. Choose Your Building Style:
Select the architectural style and theme for your buildings. From Victorian-era townhouses to sleek modern structures, LEGO offers a myriad of design options to suit every taste. Experiment with different building techniques and color schemes to bring your vision to life.
3. Embrace Modularity:
Embrace the modular nature of LEGO by designing your buildings to seamlessly connect with one another. Incorporate standardized dimensions and connectors to ensure compatibility and flexibility when arranging your town layout.
4. Pay Attention to Detail:
Infuse your buildings with personality and charm through meticulous detailing. Add architectural elements such as balconies, bay windows, and ornate facades to enhance realism and visual appeal. Don't forget to populate your interiors with furniture, fixtures, and minifigures to breathe life into your creations.
5. Share and Collaborate:
Join online communities and forums dedicated to LEGO Modular enthusiasts to share your creations, exchange ideas, and glean inspiration from fellow builders. Collaborate on group projects or participate in building challenges to expand your skills and creativity.

Yes but have you considered… stealing? I hear it’s all the rage in New York
Oh my goodness! The idea of having $100k in LEGO gives me heart palpitations - my anxiety brain starts thinking about fires and floods. But, i guess any business with inventory means you have to get over that fear
Go out there and get it!
You just have to have a insurance. Simpel.
@@100Creed Have you ever needed insurance?!? Nothing about insurance is simple 😝. But, yes, that is definitely needed
@@brickblums Yes i have and yes it is pretty simple.
2:34 lol, nice Caleb Hammer impression 😂
Love the 1984 shirt!😁
Me too - That first one got ‘dirty’ 🤣
The problem is storing, selling, and shipping. I've been investing in Lego since 2006 with my first sets the Imperial Destroyer 6211. I purchased at full retail and sold when they doubled in price, you find you run out of room quickly and Lego needs to be stored in a climate controlled room. You need lots of space.
Hello, followed long time and also use to work at B&N in Columbus but moved to Europe and was in Lego. Now with inventory at 100k but still not in a spot to sell but hope to by October. That is with 5 years buying but how easy it is to get into those number. I am looking at Cantina this year but waiting to see more proof if retiring. Have 20 now but will be my main focus this year. Thanks for all you do and when I get into an apartment and not living in my car I will be asking to join your patr. Group
Looking forward to chatting with you!

That's actually not the BEST Wolf of Bricks clip in Wolf of Bricks history. This one is prob 2nd best though.
@@somethingawesome9547 what is first
Did something happen between him and brick bucks?
eVend? I have been buying some Funko from them off Whatnot app, they are in SC I believe, at least that's where the shipments are coming from, I did see they had a separate Lego channel on whatnot but have not see it go live yet, interesting news though. I also do not use FB anymore so missing out on the drama I guess LOL
Why on earth would any seller trust a vendor to keep their inventory?
I won’t even send my stuff to Amazon because I have ZERO faith in other people to keep track of my lego sets.
I have to Do it, because the market is too small.... im shocked how small the lego eol market is.... i will need over 5 years to sold my sets if its going like the last weeks
I would rather put that money in the S&P 500.
Then do it!
