The fact the deck just instant transmissions out of existence is th funniest part of that first replay
The fact that MEPOMEP was surprised that Neko Mane King activates when sent from deck is so funny considering the last few videos
Now that mepomep know that neko mane triggers from anywhere, I assume they will do even worse things with it

Don't forget either the 1x Black Luster Soldier or the 1x CED to make sure those Primal Seeds work

That Puppet player is one of the Chadliest Chads to ever Chad.
For those who don't know, some Puppet cards, among others, were added to the Legacy Pack fairly recently. Konami adds new cards to it from time to time but never gives any explicit notifications, so unless you're keeping track of the Legacy Pack card totals and/or highlighting new cards only you won't find the little nuggets of new cards until they come seemingly out of nowhere like here.
It's stupid that they don't even tell the people playing their game that they're adding new Legacy Pack cards. How hard is it to add one line of text to your ingame notifications that mentions this? I guess they must be convinced that literally nobody cares about this pack, so they don't even bother to put in the little effort it would take to let us know.
@@FakeHeroFang Personally, it doesn't matter to me since I don't spend any resources on making Legacy Pack cards 99.999% of the time since I can get them for free anyway. Presumably, that's Konami's thought process too. That most people will just open packs if they want the cards since they're essentially free anyway. Either that or they want to make sure they put a spotlight on the stuff that costs resources that can be bought as much as possible.

Funnily enough exchange of the spirit doesn’t send cards from the deck to the graveyard
Exchange doesnt send to the GY, it swaps the deck with the cards in the GY, and yugioh is pedantic enough that it doesnt count

This episode is some sort of fever dream
losing by trickstar burn is funny, your just getting whipped constantly and even when you've taken to much and finally lose, the game keeps resolving as if to say "GET BACK HERE, WE AREN'T DONE!"

It seems silly that the Kitkallos summoned in Main Phase 1 can activate its on summon effect after the phase has changed to the End Phase
Welcome to why Neko Mane fell off in both the TCG and OCG. Because the Ishizu are quick effects, and Tears are an if, effectively all it does is stop them from entering the battle phase
Not really. It was summoned, and then the phase change. It was still summoned in the prior chain, and the effect of neko mane resolves, allowing for the next chain to be formed on resolution. Basically, the phase change was part of an effect on the prior chain, so it's still res of the chain.
@@Druid-T TBF denying the battle phase isn't terrible, and it also cuts off XYZ plays, so no Dweller, Redoer or Zeus. But yeah, outside of that, it's meh on turn 1 and it's a brick to boot. Makes sense why you don't see it often.

@@gatocochino5594 Because it's weird to look at unless you know how pedantic Yu-Gi-Oh can be with rulings. It is very rare that a situation where "Next open game state" is literal, so most players don't take is as such. It's like how Pyro Clock of Destiny affects cards that don't mention specific phases of a turn, but doesn't affect cards that do mention specific phases of a turn, it's very easy to be thrown for a loop

can someone explain why Exchange of the Spirit made their whole deck disappear
It swaps the GY with the deck, so all the extra deck cards get sent back and all the maindeck cards get milled at the same time (with no animation)
All 15 cards that were in the opponents GY at that time were from the Extra Deck. Since the number of Main Deck cards in the GY at the time of Exchange being activated was zero, all the Main Deck cards were sent to the GY.
The condition is 15 cards in graveyard. So they put 15 extra deck cards in graveyard, and if they would be shuffled in, instead they go back to the extra deck. This leaves an empty deck.
