That's Ghana farm math. They forget to include start- up costs such as cost of training, cost of courses they studied, how much they spent on transportation, cost of materials import, cost of cell phone they used, how many hours they work in the business a day (example 4hrs x 10 GHC per hour) etc. See yourself as a worker in the business and include your fee same way you would hire a mason and pay him. Basically their business profit is not accurate.
