What about the actresses? South hire white girls from North 80% of times much more than bollywood. The white obsession in South is prevalent, moreover, arguing that brown local actors are thriving in south doesnt make sense considering that ticket buyers are predominantly male who want a male looking similar to them get white beauties to romance.

rashmika - karnataka
samantha- hyd
anushka pooja hegde - manglore
almost 90% of them
and the about the color
anushka, pooja hegde ,nithya menon ,aishwarya lekshmi ,priyamani ,nandita das , nimisha sajayan (THE GOAT) aparna balamurali, sai pallavi and manyyyyyyy more

Transgender community has been recognised in India socially since we can remember. It was the legal fabric that was adopted from western nations that needed those changes. But now we are legal and socially integrated so good. I don't really see racism in India, yes it's colorist when it comes to women.

absolute nonsense .. india is very much racist... you can see how local ppl treat an african tourist vs a blonde white american tourist.. how north ppl make fun of south .. transgender were never accepted in indian society... as far as i remember.. the word hijra is used to determine transgender.. and they have been looked upon as shame.. and trans community dont have acess to school education healthcare ... leave alone social status.. bt now things have slightly changed..
