You said that you wished you could turn off Dominator and have this one play 100% of the time. Now, in the music settings of the game, you can set a song to play both in the menu AND in the pregame lobby. This is different than when you made your comment. You could only control menu music but the lobby music was always the same. The only time you cannot control which song gets played is during the matches themselves. By the way it did make sense you just didn't take any time to read my comment and think about what I was saying lol. It made perfect sense.
The only thing I'm talking about is the songs during the matches. Literally everything else is irrelevant, so what you're saying doesn't make any sense. After all, Dominator doesn't play in the menu or lobbies by default, so why would I say I want to turn it off if I was talking about that?

All I was saying to you was now you were *closer* to being able to listen to this track 100% of the time than before.
