I began a prayer journal Dec 2020 when I began my new season of life, learning to be a Christian & this journey has been wonders of amazing. I can see God’s blessing and glory in my life. I can see/feel what my heart and mind was like, where it is now. When I am not faithful to my prayer journal I can tell, it affects my life and I feel God pulling me back by the people around me and what they say. God is good!!!!! I love my journal so much, my faith lies within it as I can write my thoughts/feelings/prayers down (don’t even speak it) in the morning and by the night God has shown me, already answered or stamped & delivered by the Holy Spirit ❤️. Prayers & blessings to you and your loved ones.

OMGosh, We’re Spiritual twins! I’ve always had problems speaking my prayers. It’s even worse when I’m asked to pray at church. I don’t like speaking in public. So, I’m trying to figure out what works for me. My mom and I was talking yesterday, and she asked me if I do a prayer journal. Which I don’t... never thought about it, until she asked. Perhaps I can start writing out my prayers.

Yes, twins!! Prayer journaling helps tremendously and I feel like it's more intimate than trying to curate the "perfect" prayer!
