I started journaling last year and am still doing it. It has really helped me to just let all out if I can't talk to anyone about things. And when I go back to read the old journals I can see just how I've grown over just a year❤.

if you are truly afraid that someone is violating your privacy - you can journal in your phone or throw it away when you are finished !
