Good clarity on the videos and everything, but you are misquoting prices by 10-15%. Resale flats on Golf course are not 35k/sqft. More along the lines of 15-20k. Same for extension. It's 15-16k for resale, and 17-20k for new. You have quoted 10-20% higher in your video.
