Rapid metro should have been more useful if routed on extension road or from shubhash chowk to old Gurgaon.it’s just a waste of money on such high end location where hardly 10% commuters use rapid metro.

Karnal sectors 32 and 33 rates for all preferential plots revised rate doubled by hsvp for 10/06 e auction. Unbelievable!!!! Kanal plot around 5 cr close to the market price. Other cities beware and be forewarned 🙏
Just with road infrastructure, things will not change on NPR.. Is any area dedicated for SEZ there like golf course road ? Why do you think SPR is not the right time to invest ?
There is no dedicated sector for sez on NPR but DLF have sez on spr road including sector 75a , 74a with complete cyber city 2 planned development and many more.
