I have 3 of those attic dollhouses, My Girl's Dollhouse. In one I've divided the room into 2 rooms (using Postal boxes [the tallest one works best, and they're free] and wrapping paper or contact paper with the backing left of and taped to the Postal box) I use it for two bedrooms ,each with large Farmhouse Beds.Another one the roof is off and I use it as my doll's livingroom. And the 3rd one, the roof is also off(when I moved the movers misunderstood me,and threw it away. In their defense, I did say "That goes, too".) And this attic is my Mini Me and spouse's bedroom. We have a large Farmhouse bed, 2 Bamboo dressers, Bamboo Wardrobe (bath mat rugs are perfect for these rooms, they fit perfectly).
Thanks for sharing how you approach those attic spaces. And for reminding me to be careful with my wording with movers! I can totally see how "that goes" is ambiguous.

Thank you so much!! I'm glad you enjoy it. I look forward to getting to see your six rooms when you get to that point. And I thoroughly enjoyed watching your 109 try on all her wig options today ;-)

Yep - that apron on the stool comes with the diner. We actually have 3 or 4 of them even though the set only comes with one (or two?). We could have a full staff if the diner experienced a rush lol

everything looks amazing. i like the pink tree and congrats on the new finds. The tree farm looks great in the space. Cant wait to see how you use it next.. We only have two AG solon chairs and two salon caddies not a space. Your story narration makes the tour so much fun. love the carts from Target I grab them whenever I see them. That was a great sentiment in the card. nice use of the yellow bunk bed. We don't have a lot of space for bag ticket items. We are getting rid of the Our Generation ice cream truck and food truck as my grand daughters want Claudie bakery. I would love to see the Rebecca collection . I want her record player. Your daughter is going to love the decorations when she sees it. Thanks for the tour it made me stop and smile .
I'm so glad you enjoyed the tour and I really appreciate your detailed comment. You're one of the first ppl I'm sharing this with, but we recently bough Claudie's bakery. 'Haven't even opened it yet. But knowing that we're losing our local store...plus we got 20% off and NO "oversize shipping surcharge"...meant it was time to bite the bullet and get it. I can't wait to open it!
Congratulations I cant wait for the video when you open it. It will look great downstairs like you have a small town shop district (Hallmark Movie vibe) with all your other pieces . Every time we go to the New York store that is where the girls go to play with the Claudie display. I am mad at myself it was on sale earlier this year but I got Melody's piano instead as i was afraid it would sell out. After Christmas i will start to seriously work on getting the bakery also with pick up in store to avoid the surcharge. @@agtakesover

Your doll houses and scenes look beautiful! You have such great attention to detail. I'm kind of curious why you don't have Courtney, since you said you have so much of her collection, and I remember in another video you mentioned that having dolls with STEM stories for when your kid gets older is important to you and your wife. I'd love to see a more detailed airstream tour or a review of Rebecca's collection, if you ever feel up to it. Also, I can't remember if you said it in this video or the previous one, but about those attic rooms -- I don't actually have a dollhouse like that, however I really like the idea of turning them into bedrooms. I've personally had two attic bedrooms in my life (one as a teenager and one as an adult) and I really like attic spaces for that. Since their primary purpose is to sleep, you need less tall furniture and don't have to rely as much on dolls standing all the way up. When I was a kid, I had a huge Victorian PlayMobile dollhouse, and that's what I used to do with the attic room in that, too (though obviously a very different scale). It could also work as a nursery. I also think it could be pretty cute as an attic/playspace for kids -- some storage, but also old suitcases and things for kids to play dress up with. By the way, thanks for including all of the little pride details in your dollhouses. As a queer trans man who grew up playing with AG dolls when I was a kid, it really warms my heart. And probably for every person who posts a comment like this, there are most likely a multitude more who are also really appreciative, but don't comment. Thanks so much for sharing your love of AG, especially as an openly out LGBTQUIA+ person.
I'll try to go point by point: 1) We don't have Courtney because our collection neither of us are really drawn to her. Nothing deep - she just kind of feels meh. But I like her books and collection a lot. 2) We have the Mars habitat and an in-box Luciana and most of Luciana's collection. As our little one gets a bit older , we'll pick a time to give her that STEM collection, but for now it's all tucked away. 3) I have already filmed and edited a Rebecca Collection Close-up, so it's just a matter of when I post it. Next couple of months anyway. 4) I like all the ideas for the attic room. I've come to like it as a space for the teens to come work on projects and lounge, but if I want to change it up in the future, I'll keep these ideas in mind. 5) You are welcome. My older daughter (22yrs) and I were talking last night about the channel and channel growth and content creator authenticity and all of that. We talked about how Silence is Violence doesn't automatically feel like it could apply to a doll collecting channel, but that addressing issues of human rights and actively trying to make your channel welcoming and safe does matter and make a difference. For me, that's far more important than subscriber numbers and I love the sense of community that we're creating. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts!
@@agtakesover That makes sense about Courtney. I like her a lot, but I'll admit, I wish AG as a company would work harder towards being more inclusive of diversity. One of the things that I find fairly obnoxious about AG as a brand is just disproportionately *how many* of the AG dolls are white, and usually also blonde. It's so cool that you have all the Luciana things for your kid! Oh, neat, I'm really looking forward to seeing the Rebecca video. She has such a beautiful collection. Admittedly, I'm super biased -- when I was a kid, my favorite doll and character was Samantha, and I feel like Samantha and Rebecca have really similar collections in some ways. Which, tbh, makes sense, since their main stories are only set 10 years apart, and both in New York. The attic definitely does look great as it is, and it's nice to have part of the dollhouse set up as a teen hangout/community space. Yeah, that makes sense, And it really does make a huge difference. There are a couple of other out agtube people whose videos I watch, but other than that, I'm never sure where people stand. It can make watching complicated. But these dolls were a huge part of my childhood, and I know there are so many other queer people who were or are into AG, and representation means the world.
It's not my favorite of our sets and I don't know that I would have picked it (Grace was the one who wanted it) but it's cool. I think one day I'll turn the "room of requirement" into an airport security check :-)
Logan was on sale on Black Friday ? I didn't see him. Is he still available ? I bought TM #75 that I had been looking for but missed Logan. I need him and #76 to complete my AG boy doll collection. I am purchasing items today with the 4x rewards and would buy Logan instead of TM #112.
I listened to it again and didn't catch that you actually meant TM #75 was on sale BF. I did get him thanks to an AG collector mentioning he was on sale on a FB doll group. I hadn't seen that. So glad that I didn't miss out buying him.
I don't know which ones you mean. If they're vinyl stickers, then Itty Bitty Hearts. If they're actual lashes, then the drug store and I just cut the outer ends off a pair meant for humans.

I want the airplane set so bad And I'm calling it wild Blue airlines because Hunter Hayes is my favorite singer
It's not my favorite of our sets and I don't know that I would have picked it (Grace was the one who wanted it) but it's cool. I think one day I'll turn the "room of requirement" into an airport security check :-)
When did the AG city market release? Pleasant company era?
It released and retired in 2020.
Yep, 75 is who I meant. I'm glad you were able to get him!
where did you get the eyelashes?
I don't know which ones you mean. If they're vinyl stickers, then Itty Bitty Hearts. If they're actual lashes, then the drug store and I just cut the outer ends off a pair meant for humans.
I think this is my first time seeing your awlome doll House's
I hope you thoroughly enjoyed them. They never fail to make me smile.
@@agtakesover the doll house's are Neat I hope to one day have a cool doll house. I don't have a big ticket item yet but Right now the airplane set and the Hogwarts Express is on my wishlist.
I want to make a doll house so bad!
It's so rewarding. The only one I made is the upstairs one and I absolutely love it.
My 2 little nieces loves bluey their 1 and going to be 3
OMG Bluey is seriously the best "kids' show" I've ever seen.
