Hello friend i think it's a big rat or something like that, thank you for sharing this, full watched with all ads no skip, me Darik and my dog Leo wish you Merry Christmas to you and to your whole family, wish you all always stay happy and healthy, including your both besties, i love them both 🥰🥰😍😍❤❤💚🌲😘😘😘, have a great day friends i think you can use mouse trap to check if it is mouse or something else , if mouse then better take out, otherwise digging much on ground
Yeah, I know that feeling. I occasionally have to fight the roof rats in the attack that enter thru the open garage side door. One Victor snap trap I set got four pups! Greeeat. 😮❤ 🏠🫸 🐀 🐁 🐭
that gives me the hibbie gibbies , lol. 4 pups , yuck , and the attic , is that worse then the crawl space, I think it would be , we set up some large traps lets see what happens
I'd put a camera down one of the vents and monitor it that way. You can get them (trail cam) that have memory cards inside of them, or you can get something like a portable Blink camera and monitor it on your cell phone or computer. You can set it for motion sensor so and night vision, so you'll be able to see it when it's dark down there. Good luck. I have my own issues here, I have snakes that came in from the pipe area under the sink and las laid eggs, so I have been finding dead and live baby snakes several different places. It sucks, truly does!
Could be any number of critters sadly. If you aren’t seeing a place where they “slide under the house” it could be a chipmunk, squirrel or mice. We have found using old fashioned mouse traps with peanut butter to be helpful in the crawlspace. Try using mouse and rat size traps . Wishing you good luck
Could be several things. Rats or squirrels, maybe chipmunks, would be my guess. Chickens often attract rats. They are smart critters and avoid traps. They don't like unfamiliar things. They can get through very tiny openings. But, we have similar issues and I know it's not rats... probably squirrels or chipmunks. Perhaps you could set out some of those traps with the glue or the traps that zap the critters. I've had success with both.
Thanks for the ideas! we have had rats before, I would hate to kill a chipmunk though they are cute. lol , I dont see any holes where think a squirrell would try to get in , might have to throw some of those glue traps under there , ugh so annoying , have a great holiday
I had flying squirrels. Once I plugged the hole.....they came into the house looking for another way out. It was horrible. You may need to open that up and let them leave or bait them out first. So sorry and good luck.
We have lots of rats around our property.my husband just did rat trapping last night in our basement/crawl space..and we bought s spray foam last sunday to fill up all holes and also he does the smokes bomb too.
@homesteadingwithsadie yes.when you put the smoke bomb in the hole,u need to cover the hole or any hole u think you have.the rats will be poisoned by the smoke when they Inhaled it.
We are going through the same problem, just got hugh amounts of rat poison, traps, sticky paper, duck tape and now we are gonna get 10 cats, wife has just can't wait until the cats arrive. Homestead heart had the same problem until they got the cats.
Not all rat poisons work. You have to get the stuff the professionals use. The crap at the box stores isn't poison. More like green rat snacks. I have had good success with "one bite" and something I get from the local pest stop store that only sells the professional grade poisons.
I dont think a cat is in our future , at least not an outdoor one , and good tip about the box store poison, we have a commerical pest store down the road , if we dont resolve this with the traps I will send Bob there ,
I hope not in the ducts , it sounds like it though , Bob says they are walking on top of the ducts, scary. , lol. , gonna check traps today , stay tuned
Nothing worse than having a problem like that ! You guys may have sealed them inside 😮 best of luck , I hope you get it solved 👍🏼
hopefully not , pretty sure they can still find a way out if we did ,
Beautiful video Best Wishes ❤❤

thats a great idea , we have a trail cam that we could set up , and no not snakes , I will take my rats over them , I think ,
Hello your new friend here sending support, have a wonderful day
Thank you so much!
I can imagine the frustration of hearing the noise and not knowing what's trapped inside, hope it will find it's way out.
hope so

Hmmm... I've used that stuff before. I think you have a bunk can because it should come out easier and more fluid than that...
it came out a little better when we got to the front ,
Maybe it’s warm under your house and the “critter” thinks he found a new home! Hope you can evict him soon! That would creep me out!! 😆
thanks ,
Steel wool and glue they will eat the foam. Looking really nice
will take a lot of steel wool
It's tough when they use crawl spaces and attics for their winter home.
thankfully we dont have an attic. , think hearing something above me might be worse then under , not sure though lol ,

oh geez thats scary
Did Bob crawl under there to make sure there wasn't anything? If not you probably just sealed it in. LoL. Hope you find the problem. Best of luck. ❤
he went under and set traps , and some posion , stay tuned

do smoke bombs work with rats??

I'm so sorry I have no tips on this one. You may have to call in the professionals. Best wishes. 😊
Thanks! We may have to!

@TheSHOP411 exactly, all that nonsense at the big box stores don't work, you really need barn wild cats.

Those are probably rats! It would be terrible if rats ate the pillars. Your sealing measures are excellent.🥷👍
Thanks 👍
That stinks. We had mice here. Hope you find out the problem
thanks
Obrigada compartilhar Deus abençoe
thanks
Squirrel traps work good with empty peanut butter jars I’ve trapped 6-7
is that like a live trap?
That’s creepy-I’d call a professional….
lol , I gotta a Bob , ahahahah. ,
Maybe could be a new pet?
not today , lol ,
Now you've trapped it under the house
was hoping not , since it was daytime , and I only hear the noised at night , stay tuned we set some traps up
Poor thing I got rid of mine by putting little containers with sugar and soda. No more noise no more rats
sugar and soda?? does that kill them or they dont like the smell?
@homesteadingwithsadie they eat it and can't burp
3 Something Is Living Under Our House
yep
You got rats in the duct work
I hope not in the ducts , it sounds like it though , Bob says they are walking on top of the ducts, scary. , lol. , gonna check traps today , stay tuned
