Hi Bob! Thank you for the video - I work specifically with youth offering parent teen mediation, and I know a lot of youth feel they have no power in that space. Your video helped me understand that youth often have a lot of interpersonal power (juxtaposed to the structural power of their parents) in that often times the parent wants more communication/information/connection from the youth. Your videos help me consider new aspects of mediation and negotiation - thank you for sharing your knowledge and skill.
