I recently bought a hercules topgear A27R1 alloy frame cycle,27.5x2.35 compass tyres, from Flipkart.Fitted fork extender,as I needed upright position due to my back condition.Just had few rides within 5km due to restrictions and my covid symptoms.so got accessories and fitting it myself as to pass time in isolation.after isolation will fit quick release axles at front and the existing btwin rear wheel qr skewer by a mechanic,as I am not confident and don't have some tools.This trainer though I got it 3years back and my weight of 120kg,no issues regarding to it's strength and except the control lever issue which I should have lubricated when felt jammed and broke due to my undue force application.Your vlogs are good and informative.keep on doing.hope your medical education is completed.

Hi brother, I am 33 & 124 kg now, want to take the next 10 years of my life to a dedicated self sustainable sport and exercise, which would you prefer as my first bike , Triban RC 120 or Firefox Aeron road bike? Can we change resistance by shifting gears of our cycle than changing resistance of trainer?
That's a really good question.
Actually we have L,1,2,3,4,5,H modes on resistance band, in which
from L to 3 feels like riding on plain surface, I mean resistance low to moderate.
from 4 to H, it feels like uphill, I mean resistance is higher.
You may use gears as we use them on normal rides. as we go higher the bike will feel heaver 🚴♂️

Inride 100 is mechanical resistance trainer and 500 is fluid resistance trainer. The resistance inc or dec automatically in 500. In 500 we ride upto 1500 watts that means we can do 70 kmph aswell but on 100 we have 100 watts only
