    I had a 24-degree angle curve on my back. I started to have it when I was around 16 years old.
    Then, I learned how to do exercises by myself, incorporating some of the techniques you showed, although not all of them. Eventually, I was able to reduce the curve to 18 degrees. I feel that the curve has gone back to the same as before.
    Now that I am 49 years old, I am wondering if it is still possible for me to further improve my curve, even if just a little bit. Thank you so much for providing such valuable videos 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    At age 80, very healthy, active and not overweight. Have degenerative scoliosis impacting lower lumbar spine, and neuropathic pain in lower spine, piriformis and left leg. Have been told surgery is not an option (by NHS) and privately , that it would be a horrendous recovery. Have had injections into L3,4 and 5 and S1. Only temporary relief, a few weeks. About to have more. Any advice would be very welcome!

    Can scerlosis cause intercostal neuralgia?

    • @ScoliosisReductionCenter
      @ScoliosisReductionCenter  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When the ribs are compressed or irritated by scoliosis, it can inflame the intercostal nerves, leading to the burning, sharp pain characteristic of intercostal neuralgia. You can learn more about our approach here: www.scoliosisreductioncenter.com/treatment-approach.
