Honestly, I was disappointed when I looked up the artificer rules. I thought there'd be some sort of modular system for making constructs where you string different spells together to produce something greater than the sum of its parts. But instead it's just a list of spells with very specific verbage.
You'd think artificers would be the ones capable of bending the rules of magic instead of sorcerers. Too bad 5E went for oversimplification; if artificer was around in 3E a modular system like that would probably have been the case.
I immediately love this. I like this kind of content about how characters from one universe would be in another. That's actually a TH-camr that has a while playlist of "would survive in WARHAMMER 40k". He had characters like Luke Skywalker, the hulk, doom slayer.
Do have to say I expected this to focus only on the sentry and maybe the dispenser. Not healing buildings, teleports, magical imbuing, and engie being a wizard. Merasmus must have rubbed off on him.
I'm sure i'll get to all of them eventually but i'll probably spread them out so there's not just like, 3 months of straight tf2 builds. I did The Pyro recently though, so only 7 more to go!

Yeah I thought there'd be a greater focus on making magic items. Infusions are good, but the list is a little bit limited

To be fair, he might not have been a wizard if Artificer got literally anything that worked for the teleporter, but that's just how it goes sometimes
