This one has the best accommodation for the money that I've seen yet, after binging hundreds of yacht videos over the past couple years. I'm really glad Nick just posted his Balt 31 video, because somehow I missed the 37 one before (I think a lot of his videos are NOT on any of his watch lists, since I've watched all of those before but always seem to find videos I somehow missed). I'm really impressed by this manufacturer, at least in terms of practicality and price point. Keeping the helm strictly on the upper deck was a smart move for this one, and really freed up the living quarters nicely. Having two full heads was a huge bonus, for sure.
That is a lovely little boat. Its crazy the amount of room you have for a 37 footer. Far bigger than expected. I'm impressed by how much the wind noise was dampened inside. Thank you Nick for taking us on a tour of her
That is phenomenal, I cannot believe the volume, 2 full heads wits separate showers and 2 good sized cabins. All in a 37 footer. Great tour as always Nick
The constant wind whistling in the background brought a real comfortable feeling to this video. These are my favourite types of yacht, it's like a caravan for the water, every Inch is used for storage, everyone has to muck and I bet it'd be a really lovely family time.
A truly economical yacht with penny pinching power and solar charged batteries, makes this an affordable home. Plus - loads of everything - spaces, storage, room, accommodations, cooking, dining and much more. Thanks for the tour.
MAGGIE!!! 1:26, "The Wave" 7:39, I'll take the 35 next to it because of price, but this boat is very neat! You did well getting that fancy mic. Thanks Nick!
That's phenomenal value for money, as boats go! You can see where some economies have been made to make it affordable, but they've done a superb job and with some rugs for warmth and colour this would make a really charming floating holiday home at a cracking price. Great work, Balt, great work, Nick!
Very cool boat indeed. Well designed and practical; and at 2 litres an hour - staggeringly inexpensive to run. I like it: very much. Great tour, thanks Nick
That's one of the best laid out boats, 3 seating areas, 2 fully equipped bedroom/bathroom areas, nothing else to ask for, apart from decent weather, another brilliant boat tour
"It was a dark and stormy night." Cool inland boat - would like to have a generator/electric upgrade option. I really like these rear-cabin layouts. Gives the cockpit a fly-bridge feel without actually needing one. Good stuff Nick!
A quite nice little live aboard. Maybe not the roomiest cabins, but 2 heads with separate showers, oh, and did I mention a little boat? Love the forward seating area, perfect for sundowners, or just hanging out. I don't know if putting a water maker on gains you anything, but I'd look in to it. Also, a small dishwasher. More like this, please. Hope you managed the wind ok. Something We are used to here in the middle of the USA, the wind is almost always blowing.
Amazing to have two en-suites with separate showers in a yacht that size! So you can't cross the Atlantic with it, but from where I live, I could easily go at least 1,000 miles before I reach any ocean, and likely much further. What a great alternative to an RV!
Thanks Nick! So many boats these days are copy paste layouts. This was not only a reasonable price but a unique and usable layout. THIS is what I come to Aquaholic for!
Phenomenal work by Balt, they give you excellent space at an excellent value. We need them to come to the US, so many lakes for them to fill with these boats.
£249,000!!!!!!!! Please don't tell them that that boat is an absolute cracker for the money or they might put it up!!!! Best river/coastal cruiser I've seen, especially that price!!!!
Great one! Love the two decent heads with separate showers and the different spaces to sit and relax. I guess you can up the solar for a live aboard situation. ❤
This looks like a great boat. Impressed with how they managed the space. Hopefully Balt will make another slightly larger model, such as a 45 Grand. Great concept execution.
Regards from Chile. I love sea and boats/ships so when I found you channel was quite a pleasure and enjoy your tours. One day maybe Ill get my own boat and enjoy our 5K kilometers of coasts.
Ahh, the whistle of the wind through the Hilliards on an autumnal day. Reminds me of many a day tucked behind the clears of my Chaparral awaiting an improvement in the shipping forecast... Nice boat & excellent video as always 👌 .... 🇬🇧
What a great liveaboard. Also as Victoria lobes to point out..perfect for the great loop. But here in Florida, this is the perfect lake boat or good for themTampa Bay area where I live
So glad you've started to review Balt Yachts, we fell in love with the 818 titanium at the boat life show in Birmingham, couldn't believe how much boat you got for the money! It was in the same hall as boats 10 times it's price with less space!
Oh my god they brought it back! The aft cabin! It reminds of the Carvers, Silvertons, and a bit of Hatteras aft cabins, particularly from the early 2000's. (I'm American to explain any confusion). It may not be crossing the pond, but what great space. Thanks for the tour, Nick!
Thanks Nick for bringing us this surprisingly spacious boat. For the money, this is an interesting one especially as I've seen a similar finish on boats costing double (or more) than that!
Smashing cruiser Nick……… very much the holiday boat vibe, reminds me of the Norfolk Broads cruisers in the past. More than adequate power for the inland waterways and canals…… good accommodation for the hull length 🎉🙂
Looks like a great boat for America's Great Loop. My wife and I favor the Greenline 40 or 45 for that, but this gives those a good run for a lot less money. Good stuff! Thanks for the tour.
Love it, it's like a slightly cheaper Linssen. I'd have the lower helm - the low bridges in France mean you normally can't run with the canopy up, and it rains a lot!
Hi Nick, And thank you for this great show of this Balt 37 Grand and they look good to the Dutch or Broom boat builders to make this one and i am imprest with a nice cockpit/bridge together the salon dining in one and even 2 double rooms both ensuite the gas hop you also see a lot on the Nimbus boats Thanks again Nick what a start ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Certainly was windy when you filmed that!! 💨💨 For the money, that’s an extremely impressive boat. A bargain Broom if you will. Great tour as always Mr B.
That is definitely a very nice ship! With an interior that is entirely my personal taste. Now I just need to get some money together (what a reasonable price by the way!) and this could just be a great choice?! Great video, Nick!
That is a cracking little yacht, definitely a good choice for a first boat. both cabins are great, I don't know which I would choose as the master. Nice finishes and layout. Definitely a live on board boat. Great tour as always Nick thank you.
It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but considering this is not the type of boat that I would go for if I could afford this type of money for a boat ,but having once toyed with the thought of the canal life on a narrow boat I'd much rather have this for sure, when you consider most narrow boats only have one bed/cabin and the space on this is far better and less claustrophobic. Nick I totally agree with you about it making a good live abroad, thanks for another great upload, still not my type I'd be looking for but I always enjoy seeing different boats of all sorts and what's available out there, all the best from Cornwall 🤗👌🖖
Great value for money. The separate showers are great especially on a small yacht- better than a wet room. Wonder how this yacht would cope with rough seas?? Sometimes even our calm seas can turn rough in a few minutes.

Do they have a twin engine option available by any chance Nick ? tbh, 2 x 50 hp would be fine imho. This is one of the small number of acceptable Liveaboard options for when my Sailboat days are over, and frankly right now, it is top of the list, with major points gained from dry heads and sit down showers, with two of each being a basic essential. Nice tour Nick. A valued boat 🛥️ in space and concept. But you see the fit and finish and the quality in pricing this boat. Somehow it must work with about 150K to 200K less to competition boats. For this money me personal I would go for a brand used. If I had this budget. Its a nice boat, but the details give the difference. Important to see and make a review in view years on a used one. Hi Nick, only single engine version available right now, but Ive just emailed them requestion a two engined one be considered for the future. tbh, 2 x 3 cylinder Yanmars shouldnt be a oroblem, with a propylsion tunnel on each side of the long Keel. More storage than a London apartment. This boat is a clear case of designers who really applied their mind. Love it, and the price is good.

@Navy1977 Right where the Erie Canal and the Hudson River come together. I can go south to NYC, or west to Chicago and further.
It’s a CE category C. Even if it had the range, it likely wouldn’t make it ha

Really enjoyed this one. Lots of boat for your money and very charming

A veritable Tardis of a boat - much more space inside than you'd imagine. Solar panels are imaginative too. Thanks, Nick!
While I love your mega yacht videos this is the type of boat I can see myself buying in retirement to cruise up and down the coast.
Hey Nick, I was thinking about how good a live aboard this was and then you mentioned it! Great minds think alike 😎
Wow I'm quite taken with this Balt yacht it's a lovely volumous boat for around £250k a perfect livaboard or weekend cruiser nick.
Nice little cruiser.
Now, for that money a new boat 32 feet, you could live on that or go away for months. Realy nice!
Thank you for the great tour.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Nice yacht! It is surprisingly roomy inside.
This would make a nice holiday home!
I'm well impressed with this yacht. Very practical
That is definitely a very nice ship! With an interior that is entirely my personal taste. Now I just need to get some money together (what a reasonable price by the way!) and this could just be a great choice?! Great video, Nick!

Thanks Nick, I lived on an older 32 foot. Excellent design nowadays. Puts my old woody to shame:).

Great boat at a good price. Excellent video and channel. 😊
What a great wessel! Thank you for another great tour Nick! Almost like a hidden gem this one ;)
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Fantastic boat! I'd love to see more of these types of offerings, ie. this price range. It's too bad that it's not suited for the Med though.
Lovely boat and shockingly cheap on the diesel. Love it 🙌
Great value for money. The separate showers are great especially on a small yacht- better than a wet room.
Wonder how this yacht would cope with rough seas?? Sometimes even our calm seas can turn rough in a few minutes.
It's not designed for the seas, so We've never tested it when the weather's rough. We keep it safe on inland waterways.
Wow what a wonderful fun boat this is, it’s got everything you need for your journeys and it seems very economical lovely
Hi Nick, a first class affordable inshore/canal/lakes boat. I wish the manufacturer's well. I think it'll give Broom a bit of competition 😎 Cheers DougT
Once again thank you Nick for this nice discovery. I just wish you talked a little bit more about engine options.
The engines range from 57 HP Yanmar to 115 HP Nanni. Single engine installed
Thank you for the information
That's a lovely little boat. I often think though when watching your videos, do you have to get special sheets made for the beds as they are often odd shape's?
You can do, there are companies that make them.
Thats a lot of boat for the money. Love the layout.
