At this point I have no sympathy for him. She blatantly told him that she doesn’t love him and proceeded to express how everything about him disgusts her yet he continues to pursue a relationship with her. This is beyond desperation on Mike’s part. He needs to see a professional and start practicing self love.

I know TLC fabricates stories but red flags should go off when girls want guys to pay for their surgeries or rents or bills or in general without themselves contributing to anything other than sex. But guys like him do go out and find these types of women, to also get their chance- they might not be seen as desirable in their country but in poorer areas of another country they might be looked at as rich and a catch. It's really a weird tradeoff.

I love that he felt so strongly on the fact that she didnt need plastic surgery. Not only did he try to make her feel attractive the way she was but he also encouraged her to work out which ultimately will always be better than surgery. Granted there are situations where surgery is necessary but natural is always the better way to go. Especially as aging progresses. I love how he called her out on being lazy for it as well. It's one thing to try to work out for a while and not get the body results you want and then result to surgery. But it's another to not even try and take the easy route with much higher health risks involved. Overall I think he's a decent guy and he deserves better than her.

I used to work in a law office in So Cal, we had a lot of foreign clients. Some of whom I was personally surprised to find out their ages. Some look super old but were in their early 30's.
