  • Nothing better than biscuits and sausage gravy, except on the Blackstone cooking outside! Biscuits on the Blackstone is becoming a favorite around here. So easy and they come out great. Just keep the heat low around 275°.
Biscuits - Note I spray the sheet pan with some oil spray. Lay on the pan and place in the fridge overnight to thaw before. It's the rise!
Used frozen Pillsbury Buttermilk Southern Biscuits
    Gravy
    2-4 cups milk
    2-4 tablespoons flour
    1/2 lb sausage
1 tablespoon butter (depends on how much fat your sausage renders)
1 teaspoon salt (adjust for your taste)
    1/2 teaspoon pepper

Sausage gravy is my all time favorite!!! Now that's some good groceries folks. My in-laws always ask me to make a big batch of biscuits and gravy every Christmas morning, since I've moved to Minnesota. This is exactly how I learned to make the gravy. I'm gonna have to try them biscuits that way, looks good Hussey! Also, I'm not gonna lie, I watch Golden Girls too, the old t.v. shows are the best.

Nicely done, Huss! Great improvisation with the protein change up. The mark of a true chef, you can change gears at the last second and still create a great meal. That gravy pour was 🔥🔥, buddy. It looked so delicious!! Would you believe me if I told you that I’ve never had biscuits and gravy before? I’ve always wanted to, it’s just never happened for some odd reason. That and chicken fried steak... those are two things that I need to try. But man, there is just no way Rue McClanahan was the best Golden Girl. Gotta go with Betty White. She is a national treasure! 😂🤣. Thanks for the great video, Matt! Hope you’re getting a little reprieve from that heat and humidity? Until next time, take care!!
