I absolutely love this thing. It's worked flawlessly for me for 2 years. If you have the handset with the "black" button, you can actually disable the blacking function from the base station and even re-enable it on the fly for a presenter who actually needs and understands that function.. Also, you can extend the antenna with a cable to get it out in front of a large LED wall if needed and it works awesome. Finally - the beast part is that it controls three devices simultaneously. The base shows you the signal strength and battery level of each handset when they click. If you have multiple handsets, there has been talk of a firmware update that will let you tie a specific handset to a specific port on the device. i.e. clicker 'A' would only advance device '1' and clicker 'B' would only advance device '2' That feature has yet to be implemented, but I'm hopeful. The other thing is that there is a USB port on the back for a keyboard, so it becomes sort of a KVM.

We love this thing too! Extending the antenna is definitely a nice touch. Maybe they'll add the three port clicker functionality soon!
