Fun fact: They are babies and were grown in the Biological Prosthetics Center as basically spare parts for the crew. So if you needed an organ transplant, or a new limb, they'd basically just use the cloned baby to grow you new parts.

These videos are such high quality and so close to the content put on the main channel that I sometimes wonder why this channel exists in the first place. None of these videos feel extra to the normal content. BTW I mean this in the best way possible. I love every video that gets put out on this channel

Nothing hits harder than coming back years after this game was released and finding out it was so good
Played it back when it first released, loved the hell out of it. The remake truly does it justice, and even adds a ton of actual improvements imo.
Hope they continue the trend and remaster the other 2 sequels. The first one is indeed the best in the series but the complete saga being remaster would be awesome!

@@Ordealux I agree on mechanical improvement of 2 but the first's amtosphere fit the best for the story it wws trying to tell. Dark, dangers in the shadows, bleak and lonely. And it reinviogorated that survival horror genre that was getting a little too saturated with action. I think many would agree thag as good as 2 was 1 definitely set itself apart, and reason why it was worth getting a sequel.
@@tiredasianzombie9120 While I can give you that the Ishimura was a great environment for the narrative, Dead Space isn't exactly set apart from any of the other horror games, Resident Evil being almost a direct inspiration of the game and a lot of the game's identity itself is just RE given a different paintjob. 2 is where I felt they really tried to carve out it's own niche, while certainly being more action-packed than it's predecessor, I felt like they really tried much harder in 2 not only in just narrative but level design, in many unique ways that Resident Evil hadn't done (church of unitology is still one of the most memorable areas for me) and to me, that gave Dead Space it's true identity apart from anything else out there. But at the end of the day, who cares, we both like the series and it's a damn great one!

Honestly a dead space 2 remake would be amazing but it’s like markiplier said in this last video of the dead space remake “ dead space 2 still holds up today even after 12 years” which really it does I went back and played it trying to get every achievement and honestly it’s still amazing for a 2011 game 😁
Honestly still a probable chance because even though TLOU was still looking fine they remade, remastered, rebuilt the entire fuckin game like a million times so not unheard of in AAA games.

Republic Commando on PC with a simple mod installation plays very well!!! I download and play it every now and then its so good
3:33 they can also be stuck to walls in the remake… it just has to be enough damage to get the kill.
The same was true for Dead Space 2. If the kinesis shot wasn’t enough for a kill, it would just knock the Necromorph over.
