A moment of silence for Mr Ray Stevenson. He may no longer be able to complete his character's journey, but he did magnificently with him for the time he had. Rest in peace, Sir 😔
Dave Filoni should make expeditiously, a spinoff Star Wars animated TV series ala Clone Wars, that chronicles his epic journey for the 'greater good' to honor his memory.

He slows her down, he prepares for a ground assault, and he gets the hell out of dodge! No point in messing with Anakin reincarnate lol
So glad that they kept Morgan's fight style from The Mandalorian!!! Definitely Chinese weapon art inspired with a lot of Broadsword techniques sprinkled in. Also teard up at Erza's new saber.......such a homage to Kanan, and Sabine force awakening was such a great moment. And zombie storm troopers are now the most terrifying thing to me in Star Wars now to me

Hear me out on this theory for a second... So since Baylon Skoll's actor passed away... R.I.P🙏... When we see his storyline continue. It'll probably pick up with Shin Hati or Ahsoka feeling the Morai bird leading her towards the same temple that Baylon was at. When she gets there she'll probably find him... Dead... Killed by the very thing that was calling to him. The Mother of The Daughter and The Son. The one they banished and locked away. I dont know much about this particular character but i remember seeing a really f**ked up looking image of her😬 On some penywise sh!t. Anyway. Ahsoka or whoever, will find the result/aftermath of Baylon finding what called to him... So basically the mother is whats calling to him to help her escape from captivity. Or its simply just a way to reach thr mortis gods in general and im just reaching🤷... But yeah, thats my theory. Lmk what yall think 👇

i got this theory in my mind where could the season 2 potentionaly lead: at the end we see baylan skoll standing on the statue of the Father, one of the "Mortis gods" and i have a really strong feeling that the entity that calls to him might be the Son (although Abeloth, or the "Mother" might be an option too) because as we know from clone wars Mortis story arc, they cant leave the Mortis (planet, dimension,... ?) and it seems that Peridia (the planet where season 1 takes place) is somehow connected to Mortis. Son is looking for someone that he can possess/control so he can finaly leave also lets not forget that Daugter sacrificed herself to save Ahsoka, so she is essentialy living in her (as a Moorai bird suggests) so it means that we can potentionaly expect two story arcs for season 2: one being new republic (hera, ezra) against thrawns imperial remnants and nightsisters and second being Ahsoka (Daughter) vs Baylan (Son)
they had so much more for Ray :( cant wait for season 2!

What a fun finale to a fun season! I enjoyed just about everything in this episode. The choreography, the visuals, the action sequences and the settings? Damn good. Zombie Stormtroopers??? Unreal. Sabine wielding the Force? Expected. Ezra returning home even though Ahsoka and Sabine are left behind? Emotional. Thrawn escaping? Accounted for. The final Anakin cameo, looking over his Padawan in death? Beautiful. While it is inevitable that a second season is coming, the real question is, how are Ahsoka and crew gonna escape Peridea in time for the upcoming Dave Filoni movie? Guess we'll soon see. Also, for the final time, may Ray Stevenson rest in peace. He truly brought depth and weight to Baylan Skoll. He is genuinely one of my favorite SW characters. I hope whoever replaces Ray in the role going forward, will bring the same amount of energy Ray did. Also also, I need more of Shin Hati. I also want to shout-out Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth. "Employee of the Year" is an understatement. She did everything for Thrawn, and wasn't quite reciprocated in the end. Still, she was a badass throughout her time in the Star Wars Universe, and both the actress & character deserve their flowers. As we await an inevitable Season 2, may the Force be with us all. #RIPRayStevenson
I started referring to Anakin as space Jesus. But watching this? He is space God.. People tear up when they Anakin. Hayden did his best job as Anakin here. I've seen all of it. Kudos to him
my theory is that Baylon will either give his life to Abeloth, who was the Mortis Mother in Legends, or that Abeloth is calling to Baylon. But something with Abeloth is happening and Dave is definitely doing her at some point.
You know if that's is the last time we ever see Hayden As Anakin then I'm okay with it. He came back and played every version of Anakin the past 2 years between Kenobi and Ahsoka and this is a beautiful way to end his career in Star Wars.
