These songs that mix together all the previous songs/motifs are always some of the best songs in musicals. Lots of drama, and mixed emotions, and flipping the meaning of what people said earlier by using it in a different context. Like Alexander flipping Eliza's "Look around at how lucky we are to be alive right now." She used it to mean that he should be happy with what he's done and not push his luck, but he's using it to mean that they're the ones who were lucky to keep living after the war, and they should use that life to make as much of a difference as possible.
