I have watched what seems like an endless number of roast meats vids of similar Hong Kong shops and have drooled over all of them... This channel is by far the best of them all! Good Morning, actually, It is hard to count, depends , but I heard that they sold over 40 Roasted big pigs in big festival, for a small restaurant, it is quite a lot. As they roast pigs and prepare all the foods inside this restaurant, rental fee is high in Hong Kong and space is limited. Thanks for watching this channel enjoy !! I also like the fast chopping part and the sound from cutting crispy skin, a kind of vision and hearing stimulation 😂😂. thank you.
