I have taken my distances with instagram this days but I still am delighted to see you on TH-cam !! I think this soon-to-be-bob suits you very much. You begin to know my love for coat so I am so glad you made one more !! And I send you support and thoughts of strength for you quitting medication, it must be hard, never loose that pride in yourself. I listen to you this morning while sewing by hand and drinking tea, t’was a pleasure :)
Here in the U.S. I have adopted a mysa lifestyle to help with the tough days. Congratulations on getting meds-free. We are our own best advocate for sure.
I can't agree more with you: More education around developing emotional intelligence at any age and less over-medicating population. Unfortunately, depression is becoming more common. If you haven't done so, I highly recommend "The Burnout Society" by Byung-Chul Han. It's self-explanatory what the book is about, but it also touches on the issue our society is facing about depression. It's very short and easy to read.

100% We need to make space for more feelings, and allow natural reactions to life. I will look that up, thank you so much!
