Microsoft under Satya Nadella has shifted from their mentality of needing to chase every tech trend with their own half baked too late products/software and is far more open to just collaborating or using existing tech. For example Open AI's investment instead of trying to make their own proprietary large language model (like Google is fumbling to do now). Microsoft Edge switched to Google's Open source Chromium and then just improved upon it. Instead of trying windows mobile again they've built the android subsystem and native sideloading into Windows and furthered Android phone integration through the link to windows app. It's really not that bad of a strategy (they aren't wasting resources on flops) and honestly makes for better and more consumer friendly competition in the digital and tech spaces than every company pushing proprietary tech that refuses to work with each other. Like imagine if Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft all just chose to build their consoles on Open source Linux software instead of pushing their own locked down OSes which turn the consoles into walled gardens and make exclusives possible. We wouldn't be in this console war nonsense at least and all companies would be focused on providing as much innovative hardware and software improvements as possible while maintaining the core architecture which would make developing games multiplatform a breeze and give consumers a lot more freedom in how they use their systems (like enthusiasts could Crack Open Linux and play around). We could also likely finally be able to buy a game once and play that one copy across multiple console platforms (which would REALLY force each to up their game and offer the best experience).

Microsoft have said that they had little influence with the development of Redfall so it probably would’ve been trash regardless. Still as the powerhouse Microsoft is they probably should’ve had more influence on it to prevent the bad launch.
Microsoft is looking to be doing more of a handsoff approach (Similar to Sega with the teams that they own), as they stated back when they bought Bethesda that they let the developers choose if the game is exclusive or not, instead wanting Xbox to be the better place for the games to be on, whether it's due to the Xbox version getting content sooner or the game just running better on Xbox.....Granted that last part always happens with Bethesda's titles in particular.

Xbox consoles at fully stocked everywhere. Barely anyone is buying them people till buy ps5 n switch more. I work in retail stocking the stuff so I know what doesn't get sold n what does
bruh, even in the PANDEMIC, I saw Series X and S fully stocked. Funny enough, though, the Series X mini fridge was sold out more than the damn console itself. Got me one myself after hunting down 5 targets

Microsoft have said that they had little influence with the development of Redfall so it probably would’ve been trash regardless. Still as the powerhouse Microsoft is they probably should’ve had more influence on it to prevent the bad launch.
Microsoft is looking to be doing more of a handsoff approach (Similar to Sega with the teams that they own), as they stated back when they bought Bethesda that they let the developers choose if the game is exclusive or not, instead wanting Xbox to be the better place for the games to be on, whether it's due to the Xbox version getting content sooner or the game just running better on Xbox.....Granted that last part always happens with Bethesda's titles in particular.

All Blizzard games are super grindy and boring as hell besides CoD which is occasionally fun when you’re not playing against a lobby full of people who shower approximately once per month.

To be honest this might be a good thing or a bad thing. The best thing that can happen is that they can make better servers for COD even if they made it a exculsive. The worst thing that can happen is every server for games suck and people complain while they never do anything about it. Nothing feels bad about this.
