Together with his Later Elder Brother Pathologist Prof Aggrey Omondi Nyongo they were top students at Kenya's Premier Alliance High School . Prof Peter Anyang Nyongo would top his class at Makerere University where he was Guild president, like Uganda Constitutional and Justice Minister Robert Mao and at University of Chicago where he completed his MA, Phd in Political Science .
