In this video, I will be making beef and cheese bread. It is a savory bread pocket filled with beef and cheese. It is almost like a hamburger but without separate buns. It is very tasty and it is a must-try!

Dough: 4 cups of bread flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 tbsp of yeast
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of unsalted butter
1 large egg
Filling: beef
garlic minced
onion powder
black pepper powder
salt
corn oil
mozzarella cheese
ketchup
parsley
Topping: mozzarella cheese
Serving: 8 breads
