Can't tell ya how many lanyards I've tied based on your video.....alot. So much so I consider it my style now. Found your channel again and you pretty much quenched any expectations id have buying a case. Thanks bro
Hello ~ here is some info on Case steel. CV is chrome vanadium. That’s a great non-stainless product. Case is changing to CS which stands for “carbon steel” a very nonspecific generic name. Get the CV while you can.
I’ve always been a fan of the Sodbuster Jr. I sold mine after getting a GEC Bullnose back in the day. Excellent recommendation for those wanting to try a traditional slip joint.
Opinel Carbon Number 8 would be another great option.
I love how abruptly you ended the video. “That’s it, see you.”
The yellow Delrin Sodbuster jr was my first Case knife and started my knife collecting journey 2 years ago.
The Case (CS) is a great steel also.

Carrying one in the 5th pocket is a wonderful compliment to a main workhorse folder.
Good wisdom 😊

Absolutely agree 👍 a Soddy with CV is a great traditional to start off with !!! Love that patina.
Definitely a good pattern!
Great choice for a great knife. Love carbon steel and slip joints.
Buck Cadet ❤

Hell yeah brother brother brother, brother
How do you feel about the spyderco roadie?
You don't want stainless? LOL. Case has great stainless and not everyone wants or cares about "patina".
why do you need a companion knife, isn't one enough ?
Because he enjoys knives?
