Mercedes OM606 Diesel Engine Fuel Injector Bench Tester

My mechanical diesel injector pressure tester will work for testing these injectors with very slight modifications that you can do yourself.mercedessource... I will open up one of these injectors and compare it will one from an OM617 engine. You may be surprised to see how similar they are.

Evening my friend I have a 1998 range rover p38 diesel m51 bmw six cylinder engine with bosh injection. I can't find out what is the opening pressure of the injector is I think it is between 2400psi and 2500psi that is what they seem to be opening at? Please help 🙏

We will have a custom made injector shim kit available soon, but it appears new nozzles are nowhere to be found. NLA. We gave the very two coming from Monark in Germany but there will be no more.
