That’s my plan. However since I am not teaching linear algebra and I haven’t done linear algebra for over a decade, my production speed won’t be as fast. Sorry about it.
Don’t underestimate this course. Depending on your study they might make it more difficult than for others. Mine was very much conceptual so memorising a lot of theorems. Most important is to keep up with the material. Good luck dude!
So this is the true Gaussian elimination method seeing the resulting matrix,,, thank you this was very insightful considering the fact that now that a lot of colleges and maybe unis have their cursus online and that they now tend to cut on certain very interesting topics ! Love this channel
We are doing linear algebra in ninth grade as an extension topic, as we finished the main topics really quickly. This is so useful! Thank you for this resource Steve!
Hi! I would like to thank you! I recently created my channel here on TH-cam to promote Mathematics in Portuguese, because I am Brazilian! And your channel was a source of inspiration for me!! so thank you!! ❤️

Hello sir. Just wanted to say I like your beard, Im learning a lot from your videos, and I hope your life is going well! Thank you for helping me understand that calculus isn't scary, just long. I think people are scared of calc because of the hand work involved, and I was the same but you helped me accept that which was my only obstacle to committing to calc1/2,
Hey there! Love your videos! Can u please make a basics of trigonometry playlist? Your explanation is the best! It will help me and others a lot! :) Thanks.
Thanks for doing this video. It would be nice to watch more videos like this, it's amazing all the effort and time that you invest in this type of content.
I learned liner algebra in University this year and my Professor couldn't really explain understandable why you put a - 1 instead of the 0 in the solution... Now I finally got it. (in the Video +1 and the other digits negative)
Hello teacher, it's my birthday today, can I get a video greeting from you Sir? I've been a fan of yours since during my Highschool days. Currently, I'm a 3rd year college student taking an aeronautical engineering course. Thank you for your math videos and for making math easy and enjoyable to learn. Greetings from the Philippines Sir! :)))
thank you I just need this for some image algorithm. While chatgpt introduced something weird to me, your introduction made it clear. The answer of the question: Pretty cool ha
I have programmed this on a computer quite a few times. However I have also used the method of Cholesky which is faster - can you do a video on this other method. Thanks
Thank you sir This is very helpful. you are legend🙏🏻. Please make a video for relations and functions. Your solutions are very easy to understand this is crazy sir. Where are you from?? I want to meet you in my life one day damn sure. Please tell me your address🙏🏻 God of mathematics💜
3:16 I'd just x5 that thing and subtract *before* getting that -3 to 1. These -3 and -15 work so well together already. EDIT: Ah alright he did that anyway lol good

I solved the 8:43 and reached at a different solution where x=0, y=11/2, z=-5/4, is that consistent with the infinite solutions explanation? Honestly confused
One time I came across a row reduction problem where after I reduced everything I got every single entry to be a whole number except for the very last entry (bottom right entry) of which ended up being a fraction
Once I get 1s diagonal and 0s below, I do back substitution. I do not do 0s above. Of course, if you are programming a computer, you go all the way with 0s above.
@@blackpenredpen I'm waiting for that, when do you do that video of 100 eigenvectors? After the 100 integrals, 100 series, 100 derivatives, ... That's gonna be awesome! :D
HI, can u make a video to arrange matrix to diagonally dominant? It's really hard for me to do so but I need it because I want to solve the equation with Gauss-Seidel iteration

Woohoo, my joy of watching this is linearly independent 😍
100 Linear Algebra questions in one take. Every 10 questions, do a proof.
yeah that sounds about right
I need that right now.
I'm struggling a lot with Linear Algebra in the uni. Would be cool if you made more Linear Algebra videos!
That’s my plan. However since I am not teaching linear algebra and I haven’t done linear algebra for over a decade, my production speed won’t be as fast. Sorry about it.
blackpenredpen no, thank youu!!

We watched your videos in high school. Now its time for college linear algebra.
Glad to hear : )

The way BPRP does it is the algorithm for Row Reduction Echelon Form. Reduces the amount of arithemtic required each step.
