@@Apocalypse754 It would've killed any other character too. Akuma had like 5% health left meaning other characters would have like 15%
Lvl 3 does 20% at minimum. It's a true two (three) touch of death.
Not unique just to Bison though, Marisa and Zangief are the same deal, can't really afford more than getting in once on you really.

I think if you're playing Akuma and not playing super aggressively at all times while using strong attacks, you're doing it wrong.
It's not Akuma players' fault, it's capcom. Once upon a time, an air fireball would be enough to stop Bison's psycho crusher but not any more.
Also the player is Sim main so he plays defensive
I have never seen a grab in this game fail, is it this hard to counter grabs in this game? Why don’t players do it more??
I really don't like how Bison is just not available in the game as standard without all these stupid season passes and DLC.

Woodley as in Punk? For someone who does not have alot of experience with Bison in the past, Punk does very well due to his game sense and fundamentals still, Problem X has game sense and fundamentals as well, but has mained Bison for almost a decade. Please do not discredit Punk though, very great player 🫡
At this point of the game, ranks doesn't measure how good you are at the game, just how much time you spend grinding, in High levels, most players are toe to toe.

Bison looks like he requires a ton a work.. he's going to really struggle against rushdown heavy characters

Not really. Not in Akuma's debut in SF2 Turbo. One raging demon was enough to get him to lie motionless on the floor for the rest of the game.
