I think he could have played more at least two more possibly three years, I think the broken leg took Fran's heart out of the game, he'd never really been hurt better get out while the gettin's good and I think it would have took some doing to get the Vikings in another super bowl, they were getting old the magic was gone, but I was still a die-hard fan and have been since 69 and I was born and raised in Toledo Ohio
