Bengal gram dal 100 gm
Sambar onions 15 to 20
Onion 🧅 1 medium size
Tamarind gooseberry size
Fresh grated coconut 🥥 5 tbsp
Tomatoes 🍅 2 chopped
For Paruppu urundai

Red chillies 4
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Fresh grated coconut 2 tbsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Onion 🧅 1 chopped
Curry leaves 1 spring chopped
Coriander leaves handful
For kuzhambu

Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp

Sambar onions 15 to 20
Curry leaves 2 springs
Garlic 🧄 5 to 6 cloves chopped
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Sambar sadam 2 tsp
Jaggery powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
