PLEASE do an in depth video tutorial on John Deere 2D slope control on a dozer. Explain “target mode” and “joystick mode”. I understand joystick mode but not target mode. I can’t find a video about it anywhere and y’all are the best so please make one!!!
My question concerning this hardhat is this, like sports helmets in skiing, biking and motorcycling once it receives an impact, is the integrity of the hard been compromised? Once sporting helmets are considered impacted, they are considered ineffective and need to be replaced. How often will someone need to replace a helmet like this, through normal wear and tear?
It would have to be replaced at normal intervals like the previous hard hats: Maintance intervals and replacement requirements don’t change. If there is an impact with the helmet, just like any other, it would need replaced.
I've been looking at studson hardhats. They look the best only thing keeping me from buying one is that it's not carbon fiber. If I ha e to wear a hard hat I'm outside of the cab. Carbon fiber doesn't heat up.
I have been wearing Studson for years now. Aesthetics aren’t bad Accessories are good However… Comfort and airflow (on the non vented) are absolutely horrible. Adhesive on the hook portion of Velcro for liners sucks and they wander/pull out far too easy. Plastic screws and nuts sheer off with even a single drop sometimes. 6 hrs after removal I can still feel the indentions from the hard foam on my head/scalp. I’m sure it is a viable product. But was happy to get a different hardhat when going to my new contractor.
The biggest shit side is that it’s too small. But it’s design makes it inhibitive to make a 3rd size for people. Personally i’d pay $200 for this if it went up to a size 60-70cm. I bought it, and i have a size 24in head, it gives me pressure points some days, and is completely fit as best as i can. I dont think i’d be able to comfortably wear a insulated head cover with it bc tightness issues
Old men cry about everything new. It is far superior to our old hard hats. We been wearing these over 1 year here in Detroit. We all agree it is better PPE than the old style.
@@stevec5192 a carbon fiber hart hat is the best in the time tested design that has been worn for 100 years, this new hard hat is a bicycle helmet but it is being pushed by money, it's not even made in the USA and they don't recommend it in any other country
Nice clip of the guy using the chainsaw with the face shield up.
Hard hats should of had chin straps long ago . Ten all should of been set up for ear protection and face shield options .
I have a small head. whats the best one that wont make me look like dark helmet from spaceballs?
Lol I'm the same. Have a fucking baby head hahaha
The webbing is more comfortable and easier to clean. Foam and similar is too hot in the summer. Webbing is way cooler of a design

I agree it’s trash
