Happy New Year Jim! When I watch it back on my side, it looks clear to me? Check the “Gear” looking icon for quality settings either at the top or bottom of the video. You should see a quality setting that you can change. I’ve had my TH-cam default to lower resolution automatically I think because it saves data but I just adjust that and puts it back to 720 or 1080HD. Let me know if that makes a difference! Cheers

No, I don’t think so for the majority as property taxes will rise a bit but so has insurance policies, some condo/HOA fees….etc due to inflation and the big jump in property values since 2020. I found most buyers/investors that I’ve been helping are more sensitive to the interest rate as that makes the biggest impact on the monthly payment. Good to look at all numbers and if it makes sense for the investor on how they want to use it, they jump on it. You gave me a great idea for my next video🙌🏼

Do you think the recent Property Value Reassessment that was done will have a negative impact on buyer/investor interest in the area?
