Hands down one of the best shoes i've ever skated...

well it depends on what you get. you can get cheap stuff and still have just as much fun!
Braile done a video on walmart shoes and they turned out to be pretty skatable for a cup sole shoe, and you can get blank decks. probably spend like $100 total on a cheap ass set up, but if you can still tre flip then you're good

I remember growing up in the 90's & I couldn't get my folks to buy me a pair of $70 skate shoes that I'd burn through in a month or 2.. we'd use shoe-goo just to make them last longer! And these were also the shoes everyone was wearing when not skating!
So that sucked.. but you'd always be able to spot a skater from across any room by the wear on the Ollie/kick-flip areas...

People want to talk shit about Nike prices but they're usually the most comfortable most durable skate shoe, I owned the koston 1 and 2 and they both almost lasted a whole year without getting a blow out
I think Nike sb is expensive, my friend hates Nike but he won some janoskis in a game of skate and he says they feel pretty fucking gud, I purchased Nike sb socks yesterday and oh man these socks r so comfy, not tight or lose, squishy, and my foot stays at the right temp, definitely buying these shoes when my Adidas rip

the zoom are why people say janoski and nike sucks now. when the weren't zoom thats when people were ok with nike and liked skating janoskis a whole lot more but now its more of a regular wear for style shoe and personally I try to find the old pair online or in store because sometimes they still show up in store and I buy those to skate knowing they last soo much longer.

These shoes are probably the most expensive,however, with 6 weeks and not a single tear, even though they were hella dirty. With that in mind, 6weeks and no tears I feel like at that time it begins to pay for itself.
