I'm not 100% sure, but that sauce looks like yuzu kosho, which is a fermented chili and yuzu citrus peel condiment (it tastes sooo good on grilled meats). I LOVE the little red and blue sketches, but turbo drawings won my heart.

cherylsaurus it's scary when they come for you! Especially when they have antlers!!! Although it is lots of fun to sit amongst them!! I think it's better when you don't have the biscuits and you just sit with them - they aren't crazed !
