I like how they say "there's an ice cream" rather than "there's some ice cream" like we would say in America. It's a cute little vernacular distinction.....oh that and "going to hospital" rather than "going to the hospital". Love that.

Hey Sha'an! Big fan of your work and I really appreciate these vlogs (especially when you show product hauls!).
I'm sorry you're not a fan of the Kunst & Papier sketchbooks. I've used Moleskines most of my life until one day I was looking through an illustrator's blog (Leah Goren). She was raving about Kunst and Papier sketchbooks and it intrigued me so I gave them a try and now I prefer them even more than any other sketchbook I've used in the past. The paper on these sketchbooks dry flat when using wet media like gouache or ink. The book itself lays flat so you can draw a spread and not have to worry about the signatures. I do admit, when I've used ink washes or watercolor, the ink seeps through the other side, so I can't do double-sided art but otherwise I've been very happy with it!

I bought my pentel Fude brush pens at the sydney kinokunya store =) may not be as cheap as japan but at least it's avail here in syd. hope that helps
girl i have eczema just like you on my hands! if you have po box i can mail you a sample of a lotion that works for me. i know how annoying it can be. ;)
I have it too and i started using this natural organic soap from a local family buisiness, i even have a friend in Canada who ordered it and she loved it. It's Fedor Soaps, it really helps.

omg I discovered that last brush pen/felt tip last year and I love it so much I've gone through like 5 since! You can get them in Singapore too :) I know the art store called Overjoyed sells it!

Just wanted to let you know that you can buy the Pentel Tude Touch pens (multiple various colours) at Kinokuniya book store in Town Hall, they have aloooot of excellent stationary (but sadly for me, no mitsubishi pencil :( )
