Thanks for the video... Couple of questions please...1. Any tips to make an area dust free.. Especially the particles that are suspended in the air... Would a fine spray of water few minutes before we start help?
2. Will the fungus go easily?

This video only tackled the cleaning of the rear lens elements not the front ones, that's where the usual fungus can't be cleaned. You could've aimed for that. Not really a deep cleaning thing but thanks for the video.
With proper tools and environment(dust free), you can clean rear and front as well. no issue with that

Wait, i amost completey disassembl all the screw on my lens to reach that part 😅 shit, thankyou for sharing to disassemble the diaphragm and ois part, i need acsess to those area because my lens have fungus on there, and the cable of ois (vibrtion reduction) is broken, so i need to replace them. Thanks

lense fitting after cleaning is not visible because of your right hand was in between the focus.

Kamishimo Productions try hydrogen peroxide, it worked for my UV lens. I will try to clean my tamron 70-300mm the same way now
