As much as I like post-Time Trap Teridax's scheming, he never quite seemed as threatening as he did in the early days, even after he'd taken control of universe.
I mainly mean by comparison. Yeah, Makuta still kills whoever the hell he wants, but contrasted to how he was prior to Greg "canonizing" things he was a hell of a lot more menacing.

The only difference is that Matt & Trey (the creators of South Park) went with that style to save money, whilst Templar Studios (the creators of the Mata Nui Online Game) went with that style because it ran more easily on early 2000s internet browsers.
