The reason there is a high demand for this product is due to Walmart, IKEA and others selling cheap furniture with a wood look. So many people buy the products then complain when it falls apart and has to be replaced. If they are using glue instead of an epoxy it will be made mostly out of corn starch. Epoxy and there hazardous chemicals are only required if there is a need for it to be water proof or it will be mixed with other materials such as metal, silica or plastic.

way to slow, what a waste of money and time, complete fail
a small amount of electricity, cheap glue, and lots of waste wood. Hmmm such a waste of money to make pallets with otherwise useless material that would cost the business to dispose of anyway.

They're called bricks. Usually lower grade weed with all of the leaves stems and seeds compressed into block.

Have I understood this process correctly?One takes a tree or parts of a tree and shreds it only to take the shredded wood and hurl it into a machine which then reprocesses it into log like structures which are then sawn to a pre-determined length.Why not just burn the wood?
+Squarerig One takes pieces of wood that are the wrong shape, size or grain to be useful, and turns them into a grainless mush that can be made to burm.
I think its more for a particle board/osb type application. Material, not fuel
Branches and twigs are either mulched on site, burned or left to rot during logging operations. This is a better use for them. According to the description, the end product is pallet feet.
You dumb dumb.. All saw mills produce saw dust to make the boards that make the house you live in. They created a way to make the sawdust useful instead of wasting it. I'm sure they've done the math to see if its cost effective or they wouldn't be in business..
Recycled wood being made into structural beams, in this case for making shipping pallets. So no, you don't have any understanding of what you're seeing in this video.
